1. TO DEVELOP a youth and family ministry that incorporates young Christians into the life of our congregation and community.

Examples:

            a. Engaging and involving parents of young children.

                        b. Strengthen and uplift the high school youth program.

                        c. Include youth and their ideas in the development of these programs.

d. Raise up or hire a trained person to work in youth and family ministry.

2. TO STUDY traditional and contemporary ways of worship and offer and implement new worship services to meet the varied needs of our congregation and potential members and visitors

3. TO EQUIP all of the disciples of Immanuel Lutheran Church by helping develop their talents and gifts so they are comfortable in their ministries serving our congregation and God’s world—

            Examples: 

            a. Have each disciple complete a spiritual gifts inventory.

                        b. Equip and encourage all disciples through Christian Ministry of Hope.

             c. Engage a volunteer coordinator to connect ministry needs with the people who are blessed with

those particular gifts.

4. TO DISCOVER how to reach out and become a church for others especially to adults and children who are considered “at risk.”
